How to Process Order?
Step 1:
Select ORDERS > NEW ORDERS
Step 2 :
Choose 1 MARKETPLACE > choose 1 STORE > click SEARCH
Step 3:
Select ORDERS then click ARRANGE SHIPMENT
Step 4:
Select an option of Drop off or Pick up.
If select Drop Off, then click GET TRACKING.
If select Pick up, you have to select a pick up address.
Select a suitable pick up time. Then click Get Tracking.
Notes: Do not select the pickup timeslot when you are not operating.
Notes:
If you find it inconvenient to manually select the pickup time, you can enable the default pickup time setting.
Then orders will pass to UNSCAN ORDERS
Step 5:
Select ORDER then click CUSTOM PRINT (Shopee & Lazada) or DEFAULT AWB (Zalora & Tiktok) to print the shipping labels
Step 6:
Select which one you want to print
Step 7:
You can select order and click SET TO PREVIEW
After that, orders will move to SCAN ORDERS
Step 8:
Then select ORDERS and click CREATE CARRIER MANIFEST
Then orders will move to CARRIER MANIFEST & PROCESSED/ RTS
Once your orders shipped out & received by customer, the STATUS column will show COMPLETED
